Elle Seller we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized data entry clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our company database. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the information. Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into the company database with a high level of accuracy
• Verify data accuracy and completeness by reviewing and correcting any errors or inconsistencies
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring all documents are properly labeled and stored
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required
• Respond to inquiries regarding entered data, providing information and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy
• Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Working knowledge of data entry and word processing tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
